A fabulous townhouse in the private community of Guadalvillas situated right on San Pedro beach.

Guadalvillas is a wonderful base for your holiday in the Marbella area, the complex is private and secluded with immaculate gardens and boasts two amazing swimming pools, all gated so very secure. Less than 100m from your back door is the beach where you will find the laid back Guayaba Beach Chiringuito (bar/casual restaurant) or the chic Bora Bora Beach Club. The location of Guadalvillas is simply incredible – it is 2km to the heart of San Pedro town centre where you have every amenity you could possibly need plus many varied dining options. Plus at Guadalvillas you are on the fringe of Puerto Banus so by day you can chill out, relax and soak up the tranquility on the beach or by the pool. However, just a 5 minute drive is Europe's hottest nightspot, Puerto Banus, best known for its bustling nightlife with stylish restaurants, busy bars and sophisticated clubs, overlooking the impressive marina filled with the most amazing yachts and boats. Don't forget that Puerto Banus is also the ultimate shopper's paradise, with designer boutiques and the El Corte Ingles department store.

What's more, Guadalvillas overlooks the Guadalmina (south) Golf Course, so golfers do not have to go far to enjoy a round of golf, although you do have the pick of at least 10 other world class golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

Staying at Guadalvillas truly offers something to suit all requirements - this house is ideal for families or groups of friends wanting to chill out, relax and enjoy the fabulous all year round Costa del Sol warm climate with flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 6 adults.

FURTHER DETAILS INDOORS

The house is traditionally furnished providing a spacious open plan living area with two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with UK free to air channels, and wifi. There is a formal dining area with seating for 6, although you will undoubtedly prefer to eat outside on one of the two terraces. Two sets of french windows open out from the living area to the fabulous garden terrace which has a locking gate to the private path which takes you to the beach.

There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine. There is also a downstairs WC.

There are three bedrooms all located upstairs on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large double bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a large oversize single bed with an additional standard size single bed underneath which can be pulled out if required. We can therefore accommodate 6 adults. (We also have an additional fold up z-bed available to put up either in bedroom 1 or downstairs to offer flexible sleeping although we do only accept parties with a maximum of 6 adults).

There is also a family bathroom with shower and WC.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms which is connected to a timer - the timer ensures our guests are still able to use the air con without any restrictions whilst inside the property. Maximum time is 2 hours but can be re-set immediately once timer has expired.

FURTHER DETAILS OUTDOORS

There are a couple of options at Guadalvillas for al fresco dining!

First there is the pretty private garden terrace accessed from the downstairs living area with a wooden dining table and plenty of seating. Here you also have sun loungers plus a classic Weber charcoal barbeque. As mentioned above there is a secure locked gate personal to this property which gives you access to a private foot path leading direct to the beach.

Secondly there is also an impressive ROOF TERRACE which is great for private sunbathing although it does get very hot up there during the height of summer! There is a much needed pergola to provide shade over the stone built charcoal barbeque and dining table with chairs. More sun loungers are up here.

The Guadalvillas community has two large communal swimming pools, surrounded by beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens. These are gated and have a life guard operating during the summer months. The complex is gated with a security guard located on the main entrance gate 24 hours a day/7 days a week so children can play safe (obviously adult guidance is always needed around the pool and the road areas. )

There is plenty of car parking inside the complex.
