Recently Built Spacious Country House with Private Pool in a Peaceful Location !

Can Rafaela is located just outside of the village of San Rafael and halfway between Ibizia Town and San Antonio. It sits in a 15,000 m² plot with a large garden and private pool. It offers spacious living and accommodates 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. The house is air conditioned throughout and has a fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, open plan dining/living room with a fireplace and glass doors opening on to the terrace and garden. There is a large covered terrace with food preparation area, dining furniture, large stone built barbecue/grill and a pergola with chill out furniture. The house is situated in a peaceful location offering views to the countryside but is still within easy reach of all amenities.

Much better than expected it ticked every box 10/10 stunning throughout pool was awesome everyone love our 10 day stay here Hosts were lovely.Garden exquisite would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to make future bookings.safe and secure so ideal for families

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
