Description

The villa is situated in the middle of a dense pinewood forest with astonishing scenic hiking path walks which are also suitable for mountain biking. It provides a chance to enjoy the rich flora and fauna for which this area is renowned.

A number of beautiful beaches are located less that 1 Km from the Villa. The famous Sani Hotel Resort is only 3 Km away. The Resort with the beautiful yacht marina offers a wide range of facilities such as a number of restaurants and bars, cinema, elegant spa facilities, fitness centers, and a shopping piazza with all kinds of stores offering from furs, jewellery, designer labels and sportswear to a supermarket and toys for the children. There are also essentials such as an ATM, laundry and a photographic center.

The Resort also offers a wide range of activities for the whole family to enjoy. There are lots to do on the water, in the water and even under the water such as PADI scuba diving courses. While back on land there’s a whole array of sports including soccer, tennis, aerobics, billiards, table tennis, basketball and beach volleyball.

It is strongly advisable that a car is used in order to fully enjoy the benefits of the immediate region.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a private veranda. One bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, while the other has one double bed and connects to the veranda (pool and sea view). One the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds. Hygiene facilities include a bathroom containing WC and bath tub on the first floor and a WC on the ground floor.

The Villa is a moderately sized two floor house, located between its two private garden areas (approx 800 sq.mt), one with a pool view and the other with a sea view. It shares, with the other 7 separate villas of Yades Villas complex, a swimming pool centered in the communal area of 2000sq.meters.

The villa is a quiet and relaxing place ideal for a family with small kids. Kind neighbors with kids in a variety of ages that all speak English.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kyriaki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
