This is a modern semi-detached villa with communal swimming pool,

The group has four villas side by side; located 750m away from the beach of Sani Beach Club.

This pleasant villa can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families!

On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a fireplace and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower

From the living room a spiral staircase leads to the first floor where a bedroom with twin beds and a balcony is.

Air condition in the living room and on the upstairs bedroom, mosquito nets in all the windows, free WiFi internet connection, games for the pool, comfortable sun chairs, parasols, table and chairs on the balcony for outside lunch and dinner and build-in barbecue

I visited Sani in June, I stayed in one of Stamatiadis Sani Cape Villas with my family. We had a lovely time there. We were lounging by the pool all day and barbequed every evening, we have some great memories in this place. The cleaning was impeccable and the people working there; always happy to help. The villas are in the forest, so even if there was a heat wave down at the beach [we were going to Anemos Beach Bar which is around a kilometer from the villa], we felt cool and breezy when we returned home. Thank you for the experience and your hospitality! I'm definitely going to visit again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Matina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
