The villa belongs to the complex of Stavronikitas Villas, each one very spacious with its own private garden. It is located in the beautiful pine tree hill of Sani Resort, a family friendly and sophisticated area, only 75 kms from the city of Thessaloniki and its airport. The villa also has the privilege of being located right next to the 5 star Sani Resort (only 1.5 kms away) where visitors enjoy a picturesque marina and a high level of services, elegance and cosmopolitan ambiance. The villa itself offers the ideal combination of the privacy and tranquility of the pine forest and at the same time the indulgence of the crystal clean turquoise waters within only a few minutes.

The 120 sq.m villa itself is developed on 3 levels. The ground floor hosts a double bedroom, an open plan kitchen, a spacious living room, a bathroom and a secondary wc. The basement provides a spacious second double bedroom with a study, while the open plan attic provides a third twin bedroom (2 single beds each 1.85 m long). If the occasion arises, a foldout double sofa bed in the living room area can provide sleeping space for 2 additional guests. Adding to the freshness of the surrounding pine forest, air conditioning is also provided in the bedrooms of both the ground floor and the attic. The villa is self sustained with all the amenities, such as WiFi, appliances and linen, for a relaxed and carefree stay. The 900 sq.m evergreen private garden enjoys the shade and serenity of the pine forest and is equipped with garden furniture such as dining tables, bbq facilities and the ever necessary sunbeds. Guests can also benefit from a shared spacious swimming pool (17mx10m), which operates from the 1st of June until the 15th of September. The swimming pool also includes a separated children’s section (10mx5mx0.9m).

Guests will be given detailed instructions on how to get to the villa, where they will be met both upon arrival and departure. A guide with useful addresses and telephone numbers will be provided, along with a Greek mobile phone which can be used during the guests' stay. Guests should feel free to call in anytime for any queries and tips.
