Description

House right in the centre of the town, the street connects the promenade next to the lagoon to the centre of the town, all the shops, restaurants, atm are just behind the corner.

What people like about my property: the fact that there is plenty of natural light, the fact that it is right in the centre of town and the fact that is quite new and very comfortable.

What people like less: unfortunately there is not a terrace but just a balcony, but I provided a small table and chairs and a barbecue.

This house is at the first and last floor of a building in the centre of Sant'Antioco, it is all in one floor and it is composed by a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, a big bedroom, a laundry and a balcony. It is quite new, it was restored in 2016, before it used to be my office, so almost everything is brand new in the house. The house has a lot of natural light, it faces the street on one side and an internal courtyard on the other. The bedroom has two windows, one faces the street and the other one faces an external space that can be used as laundry and that you have access to from the bedroom itself, while you have access to the other balcony from the living room.

You can use the entire house and everything is inside.

This house was built between the 70s and the 90s and from then on it has always been my mother's office, at the beginning of 2016 we transformed the office into a house. It was very funny transforming a cold work space into a cozy and welcoming one.

Getting around

All the shops and restaurants are just behind the corner, in walking distance there is the square of the ancient church where you can do a guided tour to the catacombs, in the nerby you can also find the museum and many phoenician archeological sites. The nearest beach is 6 km away, this is also a good base for going kite surfing in Punta Trettu.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
