Description

Villa Miro is a old typical house restored maintaining the traditional cosmopolitan spirit of the island. The villa has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, fridge, kettle). The house has A/C, wifi, Tv satellite, bluetooth sound system, hair dryer, iron, security alarm, parking space and garage.

There is a terrace with barbecue, dinning table outdoors with another fridge and a sofa-bed chill out area. The swimming pool has a large space outside surrounded by gardens and fruit trees.

All the house is full of art from different artists of the island.

Owners live close to the villa in case you need anything.

Ideal for families, groups of 8 people to relax.

The house comes ready with clean sheets and bathroom towels for 8 people. We don´t provide pool towels.

Adicional guests will have an extra change.

Located in a very quiet area and close to Ibiza town. There is a big shopping center (Hiper Centro) 0.5 Km distance.

3 Km distance to Ibiza town, 5 minutes driving.

2.5 Km distance to Amnesia and Privilege.

Getting around

To rent a car is recommended, to visit the island and to go shopping. Best way to rent a car from the airport. But many guest decide to take taxis and not renting a car. Because the location is so close to Ibiza town, taxis are just 15€ to get to the city, airport, or night clubs. The taxis come to pick you up at the villa very quick, and it´s easy to find the villa from the main road.

“Perfect villa for our holiday.”

Myself and 7 friends stayed at Villa Can Miro for 5 nights and we couldn't have hoped for a better place. Aida and Sonia were so helpful and easy to contact, responding to messages immediately. The villa was clean, well presented with lots of space. The pool area is wonderful! With comfortable loungers and a lovely shaded outdoor lounge area. The wifi worked really well and the local taxi service which they provide the number for were very prompt. Great location, very quiet but also quick into Ibiza Town, Playa Den Bossa and Old Town. We will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone :) Thanks for a great holiday!

We stayed in Villa Can Miro at the start of June 2016 and we had such an amazing experience. Aida (the owner) couldn't have been more helpful. We were arriving late and so all of the shops would be shut meaning we would not have any supplies for the first night. Aida kindly did a small shop for us so that we would have the essentials such as bread, milk and cereal in the villa when we got there. Aida also came and met us when we got lost on route from the airport. The villa should actually have been really easy to find but somehow we got lost (just take the turning on the right directly after the Hyper Centro on the main road from Ibiza town to St Antonio and the villa is right at the end of that road!). The Hyper Centro supermarket is just a 5 minute drive away from the villa and they sell everything you could need from groceries to electronics. The villa itself is kept immaculately with a large comfortable lounge area as well as a well fitted kitchen also with plenty of space. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. All of the bedrooms were of a good size. The built in bbq and the outdoor table and chairs with outdoor sofa was a nice touch on the terrace and the sun loungers around the pool were very comfortable for sunbathing during the day with lovely views over the lemon trees behind the villa. It is a great location with easy access into Ibiza town and St Antinio (provided you have a car) but when out on the terrace around the pool you could be forgiven for thinking that you are miles away from anything as it feels so secluded and the views go on for miles. If you don't have a car then taxi's are not expensive. It cost us just €10 to get a taxi into Ibiza town in the evening. All in all I would highly recommend Villa Can Miro and I have no doubt in my mind that we will be staying here again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
