Description

ES Turrio is ideal for a holiday with several families or friends. The house is situated on a hill not far from Son Carrió in a quiet rural area. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the coast from Porto Cristo to Cala Millor.

Es Turrio is built on a hillside and has 3 floors, which are connected via an internal staircase.

Each floor has its own character. The generous floor plan and the harmonious interaction of modern and classical elements create an atmosphere in which one feels like at home.

The mediterranean garden is the ideal place to relax. The area around the pool with jacuzzi , the terrace with sun loungers and fantastic views creates such a pleasant atmosphere that sometimes it is difficult to leave the house. In the evening you can enjoy the legendary majorcan nights. With a good dinner or simply laying in the sun loungers watching the starry sky and letting wander your mind.

Es Turrio has two entrances with wrought-iron gates which are opened electrically. The upper entrance leads to the main entrance on the main floor with side parking for 2-3 cars. The principally used lower entrance is located at the level of the ground floor and leads to the carport for 4 cars, the covered Ping-Pong area, the external access of the apartment and to a huge terrace with children's playground and garden.

All outside areas of the house are connected by walkways and stairs. For the safety of children the pool area is closed by a wrought-iron fence.

THE MAIN HOUSE consists of main and upper floor.

The MAIN FLOOR is the center of the house with same-level access from the street. The main entrance is roofed over. Behind there is an entrance hall and the staircase to the upper floor and to the ground floor. The large window frontage offers a view to the terrace and the pool. At the left side of the hall it goes to the living area, at the right side through another door to the sleeping area. Living Area: Dining room for 10 people and a lower-lying seating area with fireplace. Both have access to the covered terrace with a large table with 12 chairs. The kitchen features an adjoined housekeeping room with terrace. Sleeping Area: A suite of 38 square meters (DT1) with bathroom, living room with sliding door to the bedroom and access to the covered terrace with 2 seating areas. Furthermore, 1 large bathroom with jacuzzi and jet stream shower. Toilet and bidet separated by a sliding door. Two further bedrooms (DT2 + DT3) are sharing this bathroom.

The UPPER FLOOR has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On one side there is a bedroom with dressing room (DT4) and the bathroom. If the second bedroom (DT5) is not used, this bedroom is a suite with 38m2. The opposite bedroom / office (DT5) has 2 single beds with 90x200cm, a desk, a seating area with sofa and reclining chair as well as access to a terrace with 19 m2.

GROUND FLOOR / APARTMENT FOR 2-4 PERSONS

On the ground floor there is the apartment with 90m2 with an external and an internal entrance. It consists of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), bathroom with shower / toilet and built-in wardrobe, kitchen and a large dining / living room with fireplace and a high quality sofa bed (160x190cm). The dining table can accommodate 14 people, but you also can celebrate family celebrations with up to 30 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
