Description

Magic country house built in the traditional ibicenco style with high wooden ceilings but decorated in a very unconventional way ( wich will specially delight children and adults young at heart ) and fully equipped to make a comfortable stay, including wifi, dvd, satellite tv, ipod dock station, air conditioning and little details that make a big difference such as window shades to block sunlight, a ceiling fan and extra blankets in every bedroom.

There is an open-plan kitchen with dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has a four-pit gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.There are many different kind of plates, bowls, glasses , a cocktail shaker, an orange press, coffee and tea making facilities (including Nesspreso machine and many different types of tea).

In the main house there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Attached to the house there is a double bedroom with complete bathroom en suite. And there is the little guest house with a big bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom. That makes a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the property. The living room has satellite television , a CD player and ipod dock station . From the living room you reach the pleasant porch . The patio has good views to the surrounding countryside and the pool area with its comfortable sunloungers . Besides the big swimming pool (10x5m), there is a table tennis, a barbacue and a nice outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower area.

Attached to the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a washdryer as well.

Villa was out of this world , everything u can imagine about a villa only better. no houses or neighbours, ping pong, olive trees, best week of our lives

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
