Location Location Location!! - everything is within walking distance from this spacious contemporary villa.

Located in a quiet residential area, the villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, full air-con, private pool, outdoor games area, stocked bar, English TV channels & welcome pack!

Villa Caballito is a new luxury villa in a fabulous location, everything you need is a short walk away, including the beach!

Spacious throughout, very light and with large windows and sliding doors, modern in design and with a very high standard of fittings.

The ground floor is an open plan living space with large glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and outside dining area with table and chairs.

Living/dining area has seating for up to eight people and a fully fitted white and stainless steel kitchen.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room with WC.

Open stairs lead up to a feature galleried landing overlooking the dining and living room, making the whole ground floor very bright and airy.

On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with small balcony and a double bedroom with access to the terrace.

A main bathroom for these two bedrooms has a large walk in shower.

There is a galleried landing leading to the master bedroom with a king size bed.

A real feature of the villa is the large open plan en suite bathroom with walk in shower, oversize bath and views overlooking the pool.

On the first floor there is a lovely terrace the length of the villa and accessed via the master bedroom, one double bedroom and the galleried landing.

We have added in a games area for children and adults alike! The shaded games area offers table tennis, darts, board games, large dining table & chairs plus fridge for drinks. In addition, there is a good sized trampoline.

Also included in the rental is a stocked bar and a welcome pack.

Cot and high chair provided free of charge.

Getting around

Walking - everything you need is within a short walk from this villa - the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are all within a stroll. Ibiza bus service is a reliable and cheap way to get around, the bus station is a short stroll. The taxi rank is in the centre of the resort 350m. Hire car always useful if you want to see more of the island. Take a boat over to Formentera or charter a boat for the day.

How do damage deposits work?
