Description

My place is conveniently positioned in the middle of the island. Its 5 mins away from Santa Gertrudis, 6 mins away from Santa Eulalia and 10mins away from Ibiza Town, Talamanca and Play There is Samsung heating/air conditioning system installed throughout the house. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. There is a large living area with Tv and outside you have swimming pool and seating area .

Being just a few years old this villa boast spectacular modern design. The house is flooded with natural light during the day. By night the scene transforms with the stars in the sky and outside lighting. The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 5 rooms. 3 double rooms (1 ensuite with bath, shower and walk in wardrobe) 2 double rooms with 2 single beds in each. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and 1st floor.

The lounge area is a great size with comfortable leather sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped but you can also take advantage of the outside BBQ. You have a twin garage aswell as the private surrounds to park vehicles as you enter your secure gate on to the grounds. The house is also fitted with a coded alarm for extra peace of mind.

I have good knowledge of the island. If there is anything you need to know or need to find I can help. I can also organise transfers from the airport.

If you'd like a meal freshly prepared for you and your guests on any day of your stay at the villa this can be provided. I use the best chef on the island

From 2016 a new eco tax has been levied by the government for all tourists that come to Ibiza. Each guest will be required to pay 1.10€ per day. This will need to be paid on arrival.

Getting around

The villa is located near the middle of the island so all the popular spots are no longer than a 10-15 min drive away. I recommend guests to hire a car for ease of movement but contact details for the islands cab service will be available. They are not the best but it's what the island offers. You can ofcourse always take advantage of the concierge companies the island has to offer. I can recommend some if needed.

Interaction with guest

Once checked in I leave you to enjoy yourself with your people. I am always on the end of the phone if needed for anything at all.

House rules

The villa needs to be well maintained during your stay. The house is expected to be returned as was found on the day of check in. An extra variable cleaning charge will be incurred if the villa is left in a state otherwise.
Trash needs to be deposited to the trash containers. The nearest container to the the villa is a 2 minute drive away. Please be aware of this if not driving. There is a trash removal service available at a charge of 50€.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Cee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
