Villa Oliver - SANTA PONSA Stunning residence in a prime location on the exclusive marina in Santa Ponsa. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, top location to beautiful beaches and world famous golf courses. Within walking distance to the marina and the sea. Beautiful villa, which is central but quiet, located in an exclusive residential area directly on the marina. Beautiful sandy beaches and several golf courses, which can be reached within a few minutes. The property has 350 square meters of living space and is located on a 1300 m2 plot with private pool and lounge area to relax. The beautifully landscaped palm garden and large outdoor grill and kitchen area complete the Mediterranean designed outdoor area. The layout is as follows: Access to the villa is via a patio-lined patio area to the main entrance gate. The reception area leads to a breathtaking living-dining area connected to the upper floor via a gallery. From the dining room leads into the open plan kitchen area with adjoining utility room. Furthermore, the ground floor area has two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. From all rooms on the ground floor you have access to separate terrace areas The window front of the living-dining area offers a fantastic view of the pool, lounge and garden area.
