From the granite countertops to the impressive bathrooms, and beach decor to the fully equipped kitchen you'll be nothing short of impressed as you enter this immaculate Florida vacation rental home. Everything about this space is light and airy, extremely modern, and sure to make you feel like royalty.

As you walk up to the property, you'll notice the inviting nature of the home with 2 furnished balconies for outdoor relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large center granite island with bar seating. Adjacent to the center island, there’s a dining table with built-in bench seating and a beach themed chandelier. This area opens up to the living space where you can watch a movie on the flat-screen Smart TV while the chef cooks up a mouthwatering meal!

Everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep in this home that accommodated 12 guests. All bedrooms feature simplistic furniture paired with bright beach toned bedding creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

There is a ground floor king suite with an attached full bathroom that is shared with the main living space. This is the perfect second master bedroom if you're hoping to travel with another family!

Stay upstairs in the master suite and experience luxurious privacy with a private balcony, a flat-screen Smart TV, and an enormous en-suite with a granite double sink vanity, glass enclosed walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub.

Let the older kids stay in the king suite with private bathroom, and the younger kids sleep in the bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and en-suite bathroom with a granite double sink vanity. The kids can play upstairs in the entertainment room with a flat-screen Smart TV and pullout bed while the adults enjoy a glass of wine and plan the excursions for the trip downstairs.

Make your way to Blue Mountain Beach just a few minutes walk from the home and spend your day soaking up the sunshine along the water. Escape the sand for a little and go to the community swimming pool found next door to the home!

Located just off coastal highway 30A, you can easily take a day trip to Destin for the Outlet Malls or Seaside and explore other beach towns with great shopping and dining options.

Four adult bikes are provided at the home, but you can rent bikes for the kids at Big Daddy's Bike Shop only half a mile away and spend time exploring the city!

Other activities include playing a round of golf 4.2 miles away at the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club, fishing for speckled trout with 30A Guide Services 5.7 miles away, and enjoying a delicious afternoon snack at Black Bear Bakery Co. 2.8 miles away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
