This holiday home "La Loggia" on a hillside overlooking a bay, completely covered with local granite and sensitively integrated into the existing vegetation, offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday.The holiday home is composed of a day and night area located under a gazebo on the ground floor a bright basement (own small, fully furnished mini apartment, with 3 windows, glass door and separate access). Spread over these two floors guests have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a kitchen, a kitchenette, a living room, a sunny, shaded veranda, a barbecue area with granite dining table and two outdoor showers (one solar heated). The three bedrooms, two of which are air-conditioned, each have a double bed. Further sleeping possibilities result from two bunk beds (more suitable for children), a fixed extra bed (in the basement) and with further need a pull-out double sofa bed in the living room. Due to the two bathrooms, all with shower and toilet, the outside showers and the day toilet, occupancy up to eight people is not a problem. The kitchen has the usual appliances such as 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with filter and pad. Washing machine in the dayroom. Further facilities include a free INTERNET connection via satellite with limited consumption. The 1200 m² plot is completely fenced. A fruit and a vegetable garden offer not only a relaxing ambience, but also a lot of privacy. The existing pool (4 x 8 x 1.30 to 1.60 m) available from June to September, solar heated and thus with weather-dependent water temperature is available to the guests for sole use. A cold shower and another solar-heated shower are located outside. On the terrace next to the pool, a southern and a northern lawn, guests can relax in peace and quiet. The whole area is not visible to passers-by or neighbors. From the living room, the arbor and the sea-side lawn you have a magnificent view of the Strait of Bonifacio, the surrounding islands and Corsica. On the other hand, towards the south, a wonderful calming view opens up into the unspoilt interior with typical vegetation, the maquis, stocky with gray Sardinian granite rocks. A barbecue under thick cork oaks next to the stone carved fountain and the large granite table invites you to end the day with a cozy barbecue in the open air.Bed linen and towels can be brought by the guests themselves or provided at an additional cost. For babies, you can also order a high chair and a cot for an extra charge.The house is located three kilometers from the village center, the fishing, yacht and ferry port. Here there is - according to a 6000-inhabitant holiday village - every supermarket, 6 supermarkets, elegant and simple restaurants, pizzerias, etc. The next beach is located below the villa in the bay of Porto Quadro about 800 meters away. As a special feature, there is a separate, separate dog beach here. Many other sand and dune beaches can be found within a radius of a few kilometers to the east and west. The holiday home is about 60 km from the airport and ferry port of Olbia and about 120 km from the airport and ferry port of Alghero. How do damage deposits work?
