Description

This newly converted 3 bedroom luxurious central heated apartment is positioned on the edge of a nature reserve and a small rural town, Amiais de Cima, in the district of Santarem.

It is ideally located in Central Portugal allowing the opportunity to partake in a range of rural activities and to visit the famous historical locations and towns, which are all within a 30 to 45 minute drive. Gorgeous beaches and the famous Portuguese river beaches are also all within easy reach. The accommodation is approximately 1 hour 20 minute drive from Lisbon airport. We would highly recommend flying into Lisbon airport and hiring a car from one of the numerous agents that operate from there.

The apartment provides a fully fitted and fully operational kitchen, which consists not only of the necessary appliances and fitting needed in a typical self-catering apartment, but also ones that will ensure a relaxing and luxurious stay. The 42 inch TV provided is a Wifi Sony Bravia Smart TV, which will allow access to a variety of TV through the fully available and free internet access. There are also a limited number UK channels available and a DVD player with a home cinema surround sound, and a selection of DVD's for guests to view.

Sleeping accommodation that we are providing is; a master bedroom containing a king-size bed, wardrobes, dressing table and a large amount of drawer space, a second double bedroom consisting of a double bed, fitted wardrobes with drawers and bedside cabinet, and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. If guests would like to accommodate up to 8 people, we are also supplying a sofa which converts in to a double bed in the living quarters.

There is a dining area which consists of a high quality dining table with matching seating that can accommodate up to 8 guests and we also supply quality crockery and cutlery for use by all guests during their stay. The living quarters comprise of two 3 seater sofas and one 2 seater sofa (dependant on the numbers of guests) which are of a very high quality and made from comfortable leather. There is also a beautiful fire and fire place which guests can use with the wood logs provided and a large air conditioning/heater unit, which is located in the living quarters but is big enough to cool/heat the whole apartment.

The bathroom is fully tiled and includes a five piece suit consisting of a large shower area, WC, bidet and his and hers wash hand basins. An abundance of towels will be provided for use for each guest and will be changed regularly and/or upon request.

Finally, the whole apartment faces a very picturesque and substantially sized garden area, which directs sunlight throughout the day. There will be a sun lounger provided for each guest, there is garden dining furniture and a built in BBQ for guests to use and enjoy throughout their stay. There is also the option to use the small games area allowing the use of a dart board and a table tennis table and we also have pack of cards, bats and balls etc for guests to make use of as well.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
