This Villa is a very rare property to find for let within Sao Martinho Do Porto itself as it is within the town yet in an elevated position so it has dramatic views of the coastline and enjoys the peace and quiet all day. 500 metres to the beach.It is a Villa set in a stunning leafy garden. From the comfort of the many outdoor spaces it offers you can really enjoy being outside with the family in a safe environment. The sea views are particularly impressive. The Villa comes with spacious living inside including a large lounge and dining area, a well equiped kitchen including dish washer etc and a games room for the kids. It has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has 3 single beds. A cot can also be arranged. The owner has accommodated multiple sleeping arrangements as there is an additional single folding bed and a sofa bed for 1 person. The property sleeps a maximum of 6 people plus a baby across these sleeping options. The Master Bedroom has the additional advantage of its own en-suite and there are 2 other bathrooms for use by guests too. The kids have access to many games in the games room and also access to a PS2 games console should they want it. There is also a DVD player, DVDs to watch and a CD player. There is also Satellite TV. The Villa has a fireplace and wood is provided should you need it and the owner has also provided 4 bikes (2 for adults and 2 for children) for use by guests. The Villa is in a great position within Sao Martinho just a 5 min walk down to the bay with the beautiful sandy beach and calm waters and an array of restaurants along the bay and the cobbled streets behind the front. You are also very close (on the same level) as the old town making it easy to stroll these picturesque streets on the way to the daily market. If you are coming with a car then the property has off street parking for 2 cars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
