Description

A luxury apartment in a very privileged location in the middle of the Sao Martinho bay directly opposite the bay (Front Line). There is absolutely nothing to disturb the amazing view of the bay and the buzz of people on the beach.

As you walk into the large hallway you can already start to see the sea from the large windows to the front and side of the living room. This is a spacious living area with lots of sun streaming in through the patio doors from the balcony and from the other windows to the front and side aspect of the building.

Being on the 2nd floor you have a truly amazing and undisturbed view of the Sao Martinho bay as the apartment is Front Line. It means you can be on he beach and in the sea in minutes. The bay is well known in Portugal for its shell shaped bay and people come to spend time here in both winter and summer. The appeal is all year round.

As well as your private balcony to the front you also have a large living space inside with comfortable lounge seating, a dining table and chairs, a TV, DVD player, CD player and books and games. There is also a balcony to the side of the apartment.

Next to the lounge you have a large kitchen with everything you need to cook at home (when you want to). Including an all important dish washer to make things easy.

The owner has decorated and equipped all of the apartment to a superb standard. It has 3 spacious bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a King sized bed a balcony and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also spacious with a twin beds, and the third bedroom has bunk beds sleeping 2 people. There is an additional family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The apartment therefore sleeps 6 people and there is a cot for a baby.

The apartment has a lift making it easy to get down to the beach and walk straight onto it. You also have a private parking space in the secure garage underneath and the owner has also left 4 bikes that can be used.

If you need it there is central heating that can be used free of charge.

On the top floor of the building there is a very large roof terrace that can be used by guests. It has a commual BBQ which can be used.

It is a spectacular and spacious apartment in an amazing spot.

- Please be aware that there is a charge of € 25 if you arrive later than 8pm.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
