Spacious 2 bedroom apartment within a popular holiday complex for families. This apartment has a great position being located on the ground floor with it's own private terrace with a view to the pool. You have a personal gate to take you to the pool from the apartment.

The owner has lovingly appointed the apartment and it is in immaculate condition. It has a spacious lounge with TV and DVD player, plenty of comfortable lounge seating for 5 people and a wood dining table for 6 people. Doors lead from the lounge onto your long private terrace which overlooks the pool. The terrace is also accessible from the kitchen and both bedrooms.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need including a dishwasher to keep things simple. It's very easy to dine outside as the large door from the kitchen to the terrace takes you there quickly.

The bedrooms are roomy and have the same access to the private terrace. The apartment can sleep 5 people. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is an additional folding bed for another person. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin.

This area doesn't get too hot at night owing to the cooling sea breeze but if you do need it the owner has installed air-conditioning for your use.

You have a private parking space in the underground garage that you can use.

Within the complex you have a lovely pool which benefits from sunshine all day long and there is a shared tennis court which guests can use for free. For young children there is also a play area with swings and slides etc.

Right next door to the complex there is a great restaurant called Ginny's Kitchen serving a wide range of international cuisine. The walk to the beach is around 1km and here you will find bars and restaurants all along the bay.

This is a popular complex owing to its amenities and proximity to the beach and life of Sao Martinho which is rapidly becoming one of the number 1 destinations to spend a holiday in Portugal attracting visitiors from all over the world.

Please note: In light of recent events involving COVID-19 and in recognition of the unpredictable nature of measures that may be imposed by the government or by the managers of a complex to control the risk of the contamination, it is possible that the use of certain facilities in any complex may be restricted. Any such measures are outside of the control of the owners, property managers and advertisers and as such no compensation can be awarded for any limitations to use. We will however do our best to inform guests with as much notice as possible should we become aware of any restrictions to the communal spaces.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
