Description

Book a week or weekend getaway ! 400 meters to the beach makes this cottage is an easy walk. No need for your car and parking fees. Walk to the north end 6th street beach entrance with washrooms. Families , responsible couples only. Rent for the month of June or Sept.

Fully furnished modern cottage/ home 3 bedroom that sleeps max 7 people . The living area has high ceilings with surrounding windows. Cozy seating in front of the satellite tv . Dining area centrally located to the living area and the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen ( full size fridge, stove and microwave) ready to make family memories.

It has a large deck with a propane BBQ. Outdoor firepit with seating ( complementary firewood) Beach wagons available.

1. The Grotto at the Bruce Peninsula National Park ( must go early to book a parking spot) 2. Tobermory, tour the harbor and shops or take the Flowerpot /glassbottom boat tour to see the ship wrecks. The Sweet shop is a favourite for an ice cream stop. 3. The Bruce Caves near Wiarton hiking into a large cave and stop by to see Wiarton Willie at the Blue Water Park ( Wiarton Willie Restaurant there) 4 . Kayak or canoe the Sauble River. Rentals at the Sauble Marina or at the Sauble Falls Provincial park 5. Only 1 minute away, go to view the Sauble Falls at the Sauble Falls provincial park. 6. Launch a boat at the Sauble River for fishing or touring. Rent a boat at the Sauble Marina 7. Take a boat trip to the Oliphant Island Tours

Interaction with guest

We usually are available to meet guests and provide information and the key. We provide cleaning supplies, start up items , please bring towels , sheets . Blankets and pillows are available. Bring paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo.The water has been tested however we must recommend you bring water for drinking. You can cook with the tap water. The guests are responsible for cleaning during the stay and to return the cottage to the state it was when arrived. Cleaning supplies available.Bbq should be cleaned. Some of our guests have requested a cleaning service. If you wish to leave the place tidy and we have a cleaner do the sweeping , moping and wipe down of the kitchen / bathroom, let us know . We will hire ,fee is $75

Responsible couples and families, minimum 25 years of age . Cottage as clean as it was found upon leaving .No pets.

We rent Sun to sun. Max. 6 . No loud disturbances. No fire works. Must be the exact number of guests as per emails. Names of all guests must be sent ahead of time. Please do not ask for extra guests after booking if over the max.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
