Description

This newly renovated two bedroom, one and a half end unit rents for $250 to $300 a night with a three to seven night minimum, depending on minimum rental nights requirements. The full rent, cleaning fee, taxes, and a $250 security deposit is required to hold a reservation. The rent is nonrefundable once the reservation is confirmed but if you must cancel the security deposit will be refunded.

Amenities include a heated swimming pool which is open until mid-September, gas grill, cable, high speed internet, and large smart screen flat TVs in the living room and in each of the two bedrooms.

Streaming includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. The premium channel called Starz is included in my cablr package.

There is a spa bathroom on the second floor with a European shower and a Jacuzzi tub and a half bath on the first floor.

New wood floors and luxury vinyl tile, barn style closet doors with the latest in closet interiors, and fresh paint make for a contemporary look.

Central air and ceiling fans keep the unit cool in the summer and down blankets warm you up on cool fall nights.

The dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer make housekeeping a breeze. Top of the line appliances make cooking and entertaining fun.

I provide all linens, including beach/pool towels. The kitchen has anything one needs for cooking and entertaining. Entertainment equipment is available in the living room and both bedrooms. Wireless internet, large screen TVs, streaming equipment, dvd and blue ray players, and premium channels such as Starz are available.

No pets are allowed per condominium rules to short term renters. However, the owner has a pet and sometimes stays in the property between rentals so please aware that if you are extremely allergic to dogs you may have an allergic reaction in spite of professional upholstery cleaning of the couch at the beginning of the season.

Upon booking and prior to check in guests will be required to sign a short term rental agreement as well as a form which outlines the Condominium Rules. It is important to note that tenants may use the pool from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The pool is reserved for the exclusive use of co‐owners and their guests from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The pool is open Memorial Day weekend through September 15th, 2019. The lease and rules can be requested before booking.

Getting around

You can walk to town, take the chain ferry to the other side of Lake Kalamazoo, or call the Interurban for door to door service within Saugatuck Township. There is a midnight taxi service as well. On Wednesday evenings there is a free shuttle that goes right by the unit for special events such as Music in the Park and movie night. This free shuttle also operates all day on Saturdays and Sundays for those who prefer to take public transportation rather than drive or walk.

Guests are allowed to smoke outside. You may have friends over as long as they follow the rules and observe quiet time which starts at 10 PM. Pool is reserved for owners and their guests from 5,:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through mid September. There are 2 off street parking spots. All other cars can be parked on Elizabeth Street.
