Description

We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful 3800 sq. ft. Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. We are just finishing up furnishing the home and will have updated pictures as rooms are completed. This home features vaulted ceilings, a grand front porch, and a basement full of activities for all ages. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding. The living room has plenty of seating around a 65" flat screen TV, with a fireplace that can be enjoyed from the kitchen as well. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 8-10. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron. The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, air hockey table, workout room, additional table with seating for up to 14, a theater area with a 9' projection TV screen, and a sectional couch (with pull out full size bed - bedding not provided) huddled around a natural gas fireplace. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.
