Description

The bright apartment of about 110 square meters, on two floors (with internal staircase connecting the two floors), is located in the complex of the ancient Convent of Petreto on a hill about 1.5 km from the village of Scansano. The convent, built in 1300 and under the protection of Fine Arts, is a private residence of 6 families owned. The apartment is well appointed, with the option of outdoor dining and the opportunity to take walks in the forest property. E 'it equipped with bedding and kitchen utensils, and cooking facilities. The floors are made entirely of terracotta. It 'also suitable for stays with children, who can freely play in the garden, in complete safety. They are gladly accepted animals of small or medium size. Combines the tranquility of a country home with the pleasant presence of sympathetic neighbors, even in maximum privacy. On request, you can request additional cleaning and babysitting services, a first-in food expenditure of the indicated value by the host. Our trusted person who looks after the house lives 500 meters from the Convent. The nearby village of Scansano with pleasant old town, offers all the amenities: supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, food specialty stores, butchers, many wine shops and gourmet restaurants, newsstand, florist, library, post office, Saturday market. We are also available to provide any information and assistance to help you enjoy the holiday. If you are passing through Rome, gladly we can know each other and provide information. We can send more photos, descriptions of itineraries and addresses of restaurants, places to visit. Once the booking is confirmed we will send a detailed description of the apartment.

The monastery is located on a hill about 1.5 km away from the village of Scansano. And 'then recommended the car, also to visit the beautiful surroundings (the campaign and its villages, cities of art, the Argentario coast).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
