Description

Podere 266 is located in a panoramic position, among the olive groves and vineyards of the hills of the Tuscan Maremma, 25 minutes from the sea and Saturnia, 30 from the Uccellina Park. It is located in the municipality of Scansano, known for the Morellino, a DOCG red wine produced in the surrounding area, an ideal starting point to reach some of the most beautiful and characteristic villages: Montemerano, Magliano in T., Manciano, Saturnia, Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana and Capalbio. The apartment consists of a double bedroom 1, double bedroom 2 with double and single bed, two bathrooms (one with bath / shower, the other with shower). Both bedrooms have an independent entrance from the garden. All windows have a view of the garden and are equipped with mosquito nets. In the garden in front of the rooms there is a small kitchen, comfortable and equipped with a fridge, microwave and stove, where you can prepare food. In the property there are no other guests for rent besides the tenants of this apartment. To get there you need a car. Guests will have at their disposal a convenient parking in the shade of a pergola. At your arrival, for breakfast, you will find milk, coffee, tea and a dessert. At 6 km, in the town of Pomonte, there is a pizza restaurant, a tobacco bar, a supermarket with local products and a church. It is surrounded by a large garden facing the sea, always well ventilated even in summer, with a view of Monte Argentario on the horizon. In 25 minutes you can reach the Giannella beach, shortly after there are the Argentario, Talamone and the Uccellina beach, while heading inland you will be at the renowned Terme di Saturnia in 25 minutes. Not far from the Podere is the Albegna river, that with its temperate waters offers you the possibility of pleasant summer baths. At 150 meters there is the company of our neighbors, where you can taste the typical Maremma cuisine, from breakfast to dinner at discounted prices. Dogs / cats are accepted only if they are of good character and only after agreement with the owner. There is an extra Euro 30 for final cleaning, to be paid on arrival in cash, for animals sleeping in the apartment.
