Our luxury villa is situated on a long stretch of white sandy beach in Scarborough, a premiere Atlantic seaboard suburb and conservation village of Cape Town with its spectacular mountain backdrop.

The villa offers:

four en suite bedrooms (sleeping up to 10),

swimming pool (with child and pet safety net),

games room (table tennis, pool table, darts),

open plan upstairs lounge (sea views, fireplace, cable, dvd and hi fi system) leading to open plan dining room,

downstairs tv lounge,

two fully equipped kitchens, including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-drier and microwave oven.

ample parking for 5 cars

electronic gates and security system.

The villa is rented to only one party at a time, ensuring privacy and a sense of country peace. All finishes are to the highest standards and percale linen and rich soft towels are standard throughout.

Renowned for excellent swimming, surfing, wind surfing and fishing, Scarborough is peaceful village and conservation minded atmosphere presents a refreshing antidote to the nearby Cape Town bustle.

Relieve stress by taking your family and dogs for a leisurely walk on Scarborough's beautiful long sandy beaches.

Forty minutes from the Waterfront, ten minutes from Simon's Town or Fishhoek and adjacent to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Scarborough is within easy travelling distance of all the Cape's major attractions.

Please note that Atlantic Dream is situated in a quiet residential conservation village and those who live there treasure the tranquil nature of the area. As a result, Atlantic Dream IS NOT A PARTY VENUE and no loud noise or music is allowed at any time.

Children and well behaved pets are welcome.

It is recommended that you have a car as there is very little in the way of public transport in the area. However it is well served by UBER which is cheap and reliable.

Interaction with guest

Atlantic Dream Beachfront Villa has a full time housekeeper who will be there to meet you, carry luggage, hand over keys and show you the ropes at the house. He is also on hand to provide a cleaning service at times convenient to you and if required (mon to fri excl public holidays for 2 hours a day. He is also there to provide advice and assistance if required. He lives a 2 minute walk from the villa.

Please note that we have neighbours who live in Scarborough for the peace and tranquillity of this lovely village. To this end, Atlantic Dream Beachfront Villa is not a party venue. We do not allow tolerate loud noise or loud music at any time. No more than 10 people on property at any time. Max no. of cars allowed is 4.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If JOHN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
