This private Guesthouse is an inspiring place to be for people who love the open space: meadows with cows, dunes, forests and the beach. The nights are dark and full with stars. Here we have the most sun hours in The Netherlands during the day. The beach is 4 km from the guesthouse. The beach environment is quiet with various beach bars. Nice food and delicious sunset with a good glass of 'love'. You can go to the beach by bike or with your own car. It is a perfect place for surfing and walking or cycling in the dunes; even in Autumn and winter.

The Guesthouse is 76m2 with a basic bathroom, kitchen; refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a illuminating roof. Around the Guesthouse there is a lot of private place and open space in garden with fruit trees.

Internet and basic Bikes are available, also T.V and Wifi internet. Included on request is free parking 24/7.

Washing on request .Bedlines and towels are included. Clearing fees is €45,-

The house is big enough for 4 persons. After 2 persons price p.p.p.n € 30,-extra. We accept bookings with a minimum of two nights stay. There is one sleeping room, a big living room and a big kitchen.

The guesthouse is located on the Dutch countryside, 4km from the beach of St. Maartenzee is nearby by the following cities: Schagen is a traditional city with a lot of nice shops, market and activities. You can rent a car, kanoes and bikes; so you pleace. Den Helder is the Navy place and boats leave from here, going to the Island of Texel. In Alkmaar is every Friday cheese market. Bergen and Schoorl are places for Art and Music.

From Schagen to Amsterdam you can take a train every half hour. There is a bus stop from Schagen to Schagerbrug center. The last part you have to walk to our place, this will be a 25 minute walk. We will come and pick you up if necessary.

It's a great location to get some rest, a healthy environment with fresh air. Relax between the lovely fruit garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Trudai (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
