A Cliff top villa which is only one offering 4 bedrooms on this unique development which is situated just above the shoreline, directly below Esentepe village.

This development prides itself on its location and quality homes.

The villa features a very spacious living area and is equipped with satellite TV (limited channels) DVD, CD/Radio and Free Wi-Fi

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer.

The ground floor consists of Lounge, Kitchen, guest cloakroom, Bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Stairs lead to the first floor where further 2 further bedrooms are located, both share a full family bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating*.

A large 1st Floor terrace with outstanding coastal views is located on this level.

Outside on the ground floor terrace villa is an 10 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, pergola, table & chairs.

A purpose built barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings.

Additional services can be provided by including extra housekeeping. The villa owners pride themselves on their attention to detail and warm hospitality and will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and memorable as possible

The villa was very clean, and spacious. The proximity to the village was perfect for our needs, the children spent hours in and around the large pool. We can highly recommend this villa and the service we recieved from the owner, Stewart. Car Hire is a must.

Why can't I call Ocean (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ocean (the owner) a message.

If Ocean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
