Blue Waters is the perfect romantic getaway for 2, or a comfortable and cozy home away from home for 2 couples, or 4 adults. It is centrally located on BC's Sunshine Coast between picturesque Davis Bay, and the town of Sechelt with all its restaurants and amenities. Every room has a spectacular view out to the ocean, and the hot tub is the perfect place for a glass of wine while watching our stunning sunsets.

Blue Waters Cottage offers:

• A fully equipped large kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dishes, cooking equipment.

• The spacious living room has a cozy sectional which includes a double bed, chair bed, HD TV, Blueray player, Satellite reception

* The living area has a portable air conditioner in the summer for your comfort.

• The bedroom boasts a fabulous queen bed with unique antique bed frame and luxurious bedding, plus comfy robes for lounging or wearing out to the hot tub.

• The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and lovely white towels, and includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as a hair dryer.

• There is a barbecue and outdoor dining table.

• Hot tub overlooks the ocean view and fabulous sunsets! Perfect for that end of day glass of wine! Raining? No problem! The hot tub has a lovely gazebo cover making it perfect no matter the weather.

Getting around

There is a bus stop 2 doors away for both north and south bound buses. The buses are waiting at the ferry terminal for each sailing. When coming to Blue Waters, choose the Sechelt Express bus, and tell the driver you want to get off at Snodgrass Road. Blue Waters is 2 doors further down. Look for the sign.

Some children are welcome, but there is a $100 refundable deposit for children 10 and under. Also, children under 6 are not allowed in the hot tub for sanitary reasons. Provided there is no damage, this deposit is returned within 1 week of departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wayne & Sherry (the owner) a message.

If Wayne & Sherry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
