Description
A lovely cottage tucked away on a quiet private wooded acre one block away from the most beautiful beach on the Sunshine Coast. Take a stroll onto the pier and sit under the pegoda to watch the spectacular sunsets. Whales and porpoises frequent the area. Cruise ships go by nightly. There are stores and coffee shops along the sea wall.
*This is an adult only property.* Dogs on approval. No cats due to allergies.. There is NO SMOKING on the property and no fires allowed.
Downtown Sechelt is only a five minute drive away. If you are looking for a nice place for lunch, visit the Lighthouse Pub, which is situated on Porpoise Bay overlooking the Sechelt Inlet. Sit out on the beautiful deck and watch the sea planes come and go along with boaters and kayakers. Kayak Rentals are located just across the parking lot. There is also a boat ramp.
Come and enjoy the beautiful Sunshine Coast which has so much to offer. Look forward to making your stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynn (the owner) a message.
If Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
