Description

Apartment Ivan for 8 + 3 persons is suited in traditional town Seget Donji, 2km away from centre of Unesco town Trogir. Apartment is placed on whole first floor of the house, with 110 m2 and seaview.

-There is a beach 200m away in front of the house, but you can also choose between lots of other different beaches which are placed all the way on the walking coast, which is more than 2km long.

-Doctor, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants are about 100m away, store and atm 300m away, and sports and entertainment centre 2km away on the beach (kids' playground, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, football, jet ski, water fun, parachute, trampoline...). Yacht club Marina Baotić is just one street away.

-There is big kitchen with full equipment, big living room with SATtv, 2 air-conditioners, free wi-fi, two toilletes (one of them has bathtub).

- There are 4 bedrooms (3 doublebeds, 2 separate beds) For extra beds we use: 1 bed in one of the bedrooms, 1 removable spare bed, and 1 couch for 2 people. There is also childrens-bed available.

- There is also grill with big table outside the house, parking lot in shade, (garage availble too) and one extra shower with curtain. The house is surrounded with kiwi trees all the way to the beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Milka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
