Outstanding villa with private pool, Turkish bath, sauna and beautiful totally private garden with stunning views.

Sleeps up to 9 in five bedrooms. Situated only 3 minutes walk from centre of town in a very pretty and quiet area.

St John’s House is a split level, very beautiful, unique and comfortable property with 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a small bedroom, this is a totally private house with no overlooking neighbors.

The house is entered from the upper level floor where the bedrooms are situated, here you can enjoy the wonderful sitting area and views.

Stairs lead down to the Turkish bath floor where a small living room/bedroom is situated, this room can be used as a beautiful bedroom when required. The kitchen and living room are situated on the lower level that leads out to the garden.

Situated in the centre of one of the most culturally rich areas in Turkey, directly below the Basilica of St John and above the Isabey mosque in Selcuk, St John House is an unmatched property, designed perfectly with comfort in mind, using wood, brick and stone the house fits wonderfully into the surrounding area.

Large living come dining room with open fire place. Air conditioning and dining table for 10 persons and furnished with hand made Turkish carpets and kilims. This beautiful room leads out to the garden.

Large private garden with many beautiful shrubs and flowers. Here there is a wood burning oven and fireplace, BBQ. From the garden you can enjoy stunning views as far as the beach, Artemis Temple and the Ephesus mountains.

Getting around

It is very nice to have a rental car, I am very happy to arrange this for you, all rental cars including full insurance, unlimited mileage, free motorway toll pass, free child car seats and booster seats. If you prefer to use local transport then the minibuses provide a good service to the beach and surrounding towns. There is also a train service between Izmir and Denizli Ferry boat serice from Kusadasi to the Greek island of Samos

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
