Remodeled spacious cottage/lake house right on gorgeous Lake Erie in Ontario, Canada!!! If you want spectacular views than this is your cottage!! Wake up to a view of the sunrise over the Caribbean like colours of Lake Erie. Sip your coffee or a have a bite to eat in the large kitchen while looking at the vast blue water with Pennsylvania mountains in the distance. Come to our cottage and discover the majesty and beauty of Lake Erie and see why it is one of the Great Lakes!!!

Situated on a large lot with a spectacular natural shoreline, this three bedroom and two bathroom air conditioned cottage will not disappoint. It is in a quaint cottage community called 'Peacock Point' in Selkirk, Ontario, where you and your kids can walk to the general store or to the community park ! Unlike other cottages , you do not feel secluded or isolated from the world here....and....internet is available upon request to those who have to work or just want to stay connected. This cottage includes a Large 65inch TV with numerous satellite HD channels and Blue Ray players for those rainy days. Several movies and family games are also included.

Large, private, fenced back yard makes it safe for younger children and through a gate has a set of stairs that will take you down to the water where you can kayak, swim. fish, paddle board and just sit and read a book while you hear the sound of the waves hitting the shore. The large and wide shore line of this cottage is enchanting because the combination of flat rock formations, vegetation and sand make it visually stunning and allows the whole family to hang out right by the water. Close to several towns such as Selkirk, Cayuga, Hagersville, Simcoe, Dunnville, Port Dover and one hour to Niagara Falls, there are many many things to do and places to see. It is approximately 1.5 hours away from Toronto and less than an hour from Hamilton, Burlington, Mississauga and Oakville. Have a nice camp fire in the fire pit in the back yard or down by the water.....you have many options here ....the peace, tranquility and fresh air of the country and the lake yet all the conveniences and comfort of home. Fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, kayaks and paddle board and etc....come and make memories

Small dogs under 20 pounds will be considered.
Due to limited data availability in the area, internet not to be used for streaming movies such as Netflix or YouTube etc. Internet is suitable for guests who have to work or for those who want to check emails, explore The net or just stay connected.
We have a 65 inch TV with full HD satellite Dish includes commercial free movie channels. We also have blue ray players throughout the cottage and several dvd movies.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gabriella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
