Villa this property is a traditional Mallorcan property located at the foot of the mountain near the city of Caimari, with beautiful views of the countryside.
The exteriors of this property are wonderful. With the most impressive views of the famous Tramuntana mountains, with a large terrace; where you can cool off in the 3x7 pool and enjoy the sunbathing and a large brick barbecue to cook outside. Next to the pool is the terrace, an ideal place to dine outdoors. Inhale the fresh air and enjoy every minute in this exceptional property!
The interiors of the main house are a mixture of warm colors and elements of rustic style that will make you feel at home. The four bedrooms; 2 double rooms and 2 double rooms.
The cozy living room is a nice corner to read a book or watch TV (satellite TV). A few steps take you to the dining area, where you can share laughter and talk with your family. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove. You will have access to a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. This house is equipped with central heating for winter.
The beautiful landscape is probably the main reason why you can worship this house. Caimari is located at the bottom of the Tramuntana, which makes it perfect for trips through the mountains. You can visit the monastery of Lluc, the bay of Sa Calobra or the Tafona de Caimari, where high-quality olive oil is produced. If you are looking for the beach, you can go to the north coast and spend a nice day on the fine sandy beach of Playa de Muro or explore the romantic bays of the mountains, such as Cala Deia, Port de Soller or Port des Cangrejo
In the center of Caimari there are some restaurants and a supermarket. More shops and restaurants are found in Inca and Sa Pobla.
