Description

                                                                                                                                                                             Apartment consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a full bathroom. All these rooms are very spacious.

Outside, a large tiled patio, covered by a shady pergola of grapes, with a large table, a wood oven, a barbecue and a shaded parking place.

The apartment occupies the ground floor of a two-storey villa. Upstairs the owners live.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden of 5000 sqm with several dozen fruit trees and forest, and has a vegetable garden and a small poultry farm. seasonal and fresh eggs fruits and vegetables, are often available.

The area is very quiet and is close to main roads.

Away from the sea, from the large beach of Poetto, 17 Km of which 14 highway, which is about 20 minutes. The owner has a small sailboat (picture) with which you can make a maximum of two guests, pleasant walks in his company.

They live with us two friendly mongrel dogs, very docile and friendly but with the habit of gnawing objects left unattended. For the owners it is very important that you respect the silence between 23 pm and 6.

Guests will find at their disposal, free of charge, for the first necessities, detergents, soaps, olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar, bags for recycling, paper towels, paper napkins, as well as a bottle of mineral water and a beer in the fridge. It 'still close, about two kilometers, a big shopping center with multiplex cinema.

The location of this apartment allows you to enjoy the tranquility and the wholesomeness of the countryside, combined with the ease of reaching the most beautiful beaches, visit the fascinating Cagliari, and as a starting point for excursions to archaeological sites Nuragici, Carthaginians and Romans and visit its wild coastline and its archaic internal landscape.
