2-Summary:

In a quiet residence, we rent with all amenities in a small apartment, 40 meters newly refurbished and decorating classes with frescoes on the walls.

You will be beside the Royal Canal, with all shops nearby.

On foot you can walk up the short Pointe on the Lake Thau, the Republic Square and go downtown.

3-Housing

it is a "Open Space" in 2 parts for up to 5 people!

The kitchen and living room:

bright place, with 2 large glass doors that can be opened wide night of hot weather; no "air conditioning" but fans and heating facilities.

In this place there is also a sofa bed, which can be turned into auxiliary bed for 2 people.

The bedroom :

with a double bed and a single bed.

In this space you have "Internet box" for a "chain" connection (and of course the wifi), a small t. v. The bar and furniture to put your things.

3 toilets and common areas

The courtyard :

It is very quiet, you can get a fish "a la plancha" and then a small or large nap on the hammock lulled by the sound of gulls and swallows.

Or be accompanied by a glass of wine or Pastis, check your e-mails, because the place is excellent wifi.

WC:

It is with a small sink in the middle of the apartment

The shower:

It's all in the bottom of the apartment with a second sink and machine to wash clothes.

5- Although we did so far never known problem, we urge you to pay attention to other tenants of the building.

Unfortunately we do not live in Sète and it is for this that we need your approximate arrival times to welcome you and give you the keys, and start to resume.

Normally arrival time is at 15:00 pm and the departure is at 12:00 so we can have time to clean the apartment for the next tenants.

Upon arrival you will find an intercom and you can simply tap the name of "CÁRDENAS" so that we pick you up.

Initially, if ever it is too late or too early, you leave the keys in the mailbox.

Bed linen and towels provided her.

It is quite possible that you find some ingredients for cooking times and even bottles of whiskey, pastis etc ... that past guests have left as they pass, they are available!

6. Description of the area:

Practical issues:

If you arrive by train you are 5 minutes walk from the station and if by car, it is just across the Molière theater.

For trash containers you have 20 meters of the building.

The neighborhood:

Rue Victor Hugo, relatively speaking, is the Champs Elysées of Sète.

Unlike other seaside towns, summer and winter, and even weekends, Sète always has a shopping and cultural activities.

If ever during your stay there a representation Molière theater, we highly recommend, not just by the quality of parts that are played there but also the renovation of this theater is truly a jewel of Baroque and Renaissance Italian.

Food, The Market Hall are open on Sundays as well as small supermarkets like "Carrefour market" and until 21:00 hours.

On Friday morning there is a very good market in the Rue Victor Hugo and Wednesday in the city center.

Close to the apartment there are cafes, restaurants, butchers, bakers and even a caterer ... with all kinds of very Sétois dishes, squid, stuffed mussels, macaronnades, tles etc ... at very affordable price.

To visit also:

Not far from the area there is the Republic Square, where every Sunday morning there is a flea market and this square bars are very picturesque.

The short point, your can easily walk along the canal and passing over the lift bridge ... there you are in fact already in the Bassin de Thau.

This area is very poorly known and personally I think it shows us that Sete has been before, because it really is a small village of character, with boats, nets, and countless cats go ... -y dusk, shooting this scene will be extraordinary.

7-transport

The train station is only 5 minutes walk from Pulpifornia ... visit the region. An example to go to Montpellier by car it takes you 40 minutes, while with the TER, or with your bike, you are there in 17 minutes.

There are also many other interesting cities to visit in the area.

At 100 meters from the apartment you have the largest free city parking is located opposite the Molière theater, if not in the street Jules intervals it is also not paid.

Sète is a city to explore on foot, but there is also a bus network that can bring you to the Belvedere of Mont Saint Clair, which invites you to walk back down.

8- rules:

After 22 hours no noise is tolerated in the building, you will find that the building is very quiet.

Upon arrival, you will have a bunch of keys that will allow you to return a time that you want.
