Description

The space consists of a house located in a quiet property with about 6 hectares, which has another houses. The house has living room, kitchen and ample opportunities for outdoor use as well as green spaces. It has a double bedroom (with double bed) and a twin bedroom (2 single beds that could became a double bed), totalizing, the house, capacity for a maximum 4 people.

The space is rented with bed linen and bath towels. Also included is the use of a whole vast kitchen equipment, such as electric oven and stove, dishwasher machine, a washing machine as well as all kitchen utensils and small kitchen appliances. The water heating is done through heater. About 40 meters from the house there is a pool surrounded by spaces where you can take good sunbathing. Use of the pool can be shared with other users of the houses included in the property. Are living in the property 1 dog (Rafeiro Alentejano breed) and 2 cats. This 3 animals are not chained. It's only permited to smoke outside de house. It's not permitted to do babacue/cook at the firepalce/any other place except the stove.

Since the entire property you can enjoy beautiful views of the Arrábida Mountain and the private vineyard property. The mountain range Arrabida is a natural area of ​​Mediterranean influence. Throughout its mountains or through the shadows of the valleys and peaks, the horizon appears as one of the most beautiful scenery where the mountains is constituted as orographic barrier between the coast and the interior, which also has lush vegetation, Mediterranean nature .

- The swimming pool is available only between the 1st of May until the 31st of October and the using hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.;

- The swimming pool is shared with the guests of the another houses located in the property;

- It's not allowed to do barbacue/cook at the outdoor spaces or in the fireplace;

- It's not allowed to pick fruits/vegtables from the places around the house;

- It's not allowed to walk/stay nearby the another houses;

- It's not permitted to barbacue/cook at the fireplace and ouside areas.

Go and come

Nearby are good beaches as Portinho da Arrabida (14km and 15 minutes drive) and the beach Figueirinha (10km and 12 minutes by car) as well as an important heritage to visit as the Quinta da Bacalhôa, the Convent of Arrábida, Roman Ruins Creiro or, in Setúbal, the Convent of Jesus and Livramento Market among others.

The property is about 49 km and 1 hour drive from Lisbon. There are direct buses from the Espanha Square or Alcantara in Lisbon. Setúbal is located 10 km and 15 minutes by car.
