Description

The house is situated on the narrowest point of Sevid peninsula called Gamba. It is 50 meters away from the sea on the closer side and 100 meters away from the sea on the farther side. The house is 80 meters away from the local grocery shop and local bar. It is 5 min away by car from the local tavern offering fish specialists and ten minute from the very popular sand beach Stari Trogir. Nearby small deserted islands Mala Muja, Velika Muja and Archangel can be reached by boat in a 10 to 20 min ride. The house itself is situated in a very peaceful area with neighbors only on the southern side of the house, while on the other sides it is surrounded by local road and olive tree plantations. The vegetation and sea air will make you breath deeply and relax in the moment, enjoying every minute of your stay. The house has direct access to the sea with almost private pathway leading directly to the beach and private peer.

Villa Felicia is an authentic Dalmatian two floor summer house which is both small and practical. It has a big 750 square meters garden surrounded by a stone wall, making it safe for small children and dogs to wander freely around the house. It has two fireplaces, the outdoor ideal for grilling fish and meat and the inner one that can be used in winter for heating up the house.
The house has a unique feature in a way that all the woodwork including wooden stairs, wooden windows and doors, and most of the wooden furniture is custom made by the owner himself.

The house consists of:
Bedroom x 3: 1 large room with queen size bed, 2 rooms with twin beds
Bathroom + toilet: fully equipped with shower and cabinets
Toilet: small but practical
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, custom made.
Living and dining room – one single spacious room filled with natural light, TV, Wi-Fi, pull-out couch (possibility for 1,5 people sleeping)
Huge garden terrace with grill - relaxers, big table with benches, grill place
First floor terrace - charming view of the bay with small table and chairs
Outdoor shower – ideal for after beach showering
Garden - a huge garden is surrounfing the house
Garage – not intended for use by guests
Parking area - private parking for 3 cars
The beach - within seconds reach

The house offers many possibilities depending on what you prefer and what you need. You can enjoy the green garden shades, charming garden terrace, cozy in-home atmosphere, great walks throughout the area etc. However the Villa is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the beach as it is practically a beach house with accompanying peer, making it your own private swimming and tanning location! The sea nearness with its smell carried by a gentle morning breeze will make you want to jump into the sea first thing after you get up from bed in the morning.
Others that just want to enjoy the house will have their privacy and comfort needed, with possibilities to arrange a normal everyday life within and around the house. The more adventurous ones can use nearby rocky coastline for pole fishing while the sandy sea bottom is ideal for snorkeling and spearfishing which is a popular sport in this area. Just severel minutes away from the house guests can rent a boat and visit nearby islands and secluded beaches.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vlado (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
