ENGLISH

It is a modern, quiet, bright, functional and automated apartment (technology). Thanks to its large windows in all rooms the apartment is filled with light from early morning until sunset.

I'll explain everything containing the apartment common areas or room.

Throughout the apartment:

-All Floor lights are adjustable, and in each of the rooms, including living room, kitchen and bathroom, there is a bar of LEDs that can change both the intensity and color, in order to adapt it when you like.

'All the apartment has music, that is, that in every room there is a built to connect your mobile speaker and listen to your favorite music throughout the house, see you in the shower!

-All The apartment are ELECTRICAL BLINDS, ie, that are raised and lowered by pressing a button.

-The Windows of the house are Thermal Break, the latest in thermal insulation.

- Basket of amenities: shampoo, conditioner, gel, body lotion, toothbrush, cologne, mouthwash, shaving kit, aftershave, tissues, sewing kit, nail file, sponge shoe shine, comb double pick, wipe makeup removal and rods.

BEDROOMS

There is a larger than another room, although the two there is a double bed.

-2 Pillow and 2 cushions

Per stay, also we left a bag containing Brand: cloth, scourer, dish soap and garbage bag

NORMAS DEL ALOJAMIENTO

Of particular relevance the fact CLOSE the door portal always leave. We are a very small community of neighbors (only 3 apartments ) and has already been stolen. I will not tire of repeating that when leaving the site must make sure that the door is closed. We hope our customers treat the apartment with the same care that we give , and respect the peace and security of the building they value our neighbors and customers.

You can not smoke throughout the apartment .

ESPAÑOL

Piso recién reformado. Tiene vistas a la Catedral de Sevilla, que está a 40 pasos del apartamento. Estás a menos de 7 minutos a pie de todas las citas ineludibles de Sevilla: Catedral, Giralda, Torre del Oro, Plaza de España, Plaza de toros, etc.

Es un apartamento moderno, tranquilo, luminoso, funcional y automatizado (tecnológico). Gracias a sus amplios ventanales en todas las habitaciones el apartamento se llena de luz desde primera hora de la mañana hasta el atardecer.

Voy a explicaros todo lo que contiene el apartamento por zonas comunes o por habitación.

En todo el apartamento:

-Todas las LUCES del piso son REGULABLES, y en cada una de las habitaciones, incluyendo salón, cocina y baño, hay una barra de LEDS que puedes cambiarle tanto la INTENSIDAD como el COLOR, para adaptarlo así al momento que gustes.

-Todo el apartamento tiene HILO MUSICAL, es decir, que en cada habitación hay un altavoz integrado para que conectes tu móvil y escuches tu música preferida en toda la casa, ¡hasta en la ducha!

-Todas las PERSIANAS del apartamento son ELÉCTRICAS, es decir, que se suben y bajan pulsando un botón.

-Las VENTANAS de la casa son de Rotura de Puente Térmico, lo último en AISLAMIENTO TÉRMICO.

-CALEFACCIÓN centralizada

-AIRE ACONDICIONADO centralizado

¿Qué contienen los diferentes espacios del apartamento?

SALÓN:

-Sofá para 4 personas en forma de L, siendo la última parte para tumbarse.

-SAMSUNG TV FULL HD de 40"

-TV por CABLE para visualizar multitud de canales

-TDT (Televisión Digital Terrestre): entre otras, permite ver las cadenas de siempre: la 1ª, A3, la 4, T5, la 6ª, etc.

-MUEBLE BAR GIN TONIC: todo el material necesario para hacerte Gin Tonics al gusto.

-Campana LIGHTS SENSATIONS: un techo que puedes hacerlo cambiar de color y de intensidad para que encuentres tu mejor ambiente.

-Mesa central blanca donde encontrarás las GUÍAS TURÍSTICAS de Sevilla además de OTROS documentos turísticos útiles.

La mesa también contiene dos JUEGOS de MESA: parchís y dominó.

Contiene todos los útiles necesarios de una cocina de hogar y electrodomésticos necesarios.

Baño de diseño que contiene todos los útiles para el aseo.

Incluye por persona:

- Juego de TOALLAS: corporal y facial.

- Cestita con AMENITIES: champú, acondicionador, gel, crema corporal, cepillo de dientes, agua de colonia, elixir bucal, kit afeitado, after shave, pañuelos, kit costura, lima uñas, esponja brillo calzado, peine doble púa, toallita desmaquilladora y bastoncillos.

DORMITORIOS

Hay una habitación más grande que otra, aunque en las dos hay una cama de matrimonio.

Incluye por persona:

- Juego de sábanas

-Una almohada y 2 cojines

Por estancia, también dejamos una bolsita a estrenar que contiene: bayeta, estropajo, jabón lavavajillas y bolsa de basura

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Patricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
