Description

Spend a getaway and relax at the Hillside Hideaway Cabin in the White Mountains at Bison Ridge!

Only 3 hours from Phoenix and enjoy the clean, fresh mountain air and breathtaking mountain views!

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. 974 sq ft. A new king pillow top bed in the master bedroom room, queen bed in 2nd room and two pack & go mats (size of a twin bed) that sleeps one child or adult on each mat. Gas fireplace (available Nov through April) - Flip on the switch and enjoy! Dogs are welcome!

The community park is around the corner from the cabin (about 3 cabins away) with a playground, swings, horse shoe pits, picnic areas, and hiking trails!

Bison Ridge is a beautiful, quiet community located right in the heart of Show Low, close to stores, restaurants, lakes, shopping & more!

This cabin is very clean, well maintained and has a fully stocked kitchen!

FREE WIFI & Cable TV, vaulted ceiling with aspen T & G, river rock gas fire place, air conditioning, full size laundry room, DVD Blu-ray player, breakfast bar, open floor plan and a covered spacious deck with a gas barbeque.

Bison Ridge backs the national forest for easy access to numerous trails for hiking, quad riding, or mountain bike riding.

Mountain Bike Rentals available.

Fool Hollow Lake is only 1.5 miles away with great year round fishing, hiking, swimming, picnic areas, 4 playgrounds and boat rentals, including kayaks and canoes!

(Mention that you’re a guest at the Peaceful Pines Cabin and get a discount on kayak or canoe rentals. More information is posted in the Welcome Book in the cabin).

Show Low Lake has the best Walleye fishing in Arizona. It has yielded the last five state records including the existing state record of 16 pounds, 2 ounces!

Show Low City Park is 3 miles away with: Tennis Courts, Frisbee Golf, a Playground, Picnic Areas, Walking or Biking Trails, a Dog Park, Aquatic Center, Basketball Court, Racquetball Court, Volleyball Court, Shuffle Board, Pickle-ball (which is a cross between badminton, tennis, and ping-pong). Seniors Softball: Drop in softball games for guys & gals over 50! They have gloves and bats there for you to use! May thru October. Mondays and Thursdays 8am -11am.

Hon-Dah Casino is only 25 minutes away!

The casino offers 874 slot machines, Bingo, Keno, Blackjack and Poker to entertain you while visiting the White Mountains of Arizona. The casino offers live entertainment along with the gambling. You can find some of the funniest comedy, wonderful music, full concerts, a restaurants, Pow Wow’s and car shows.

Bison Golf Course is only 1.6 miles away!

Torreon Golf Course is less than 3 miles away!

Enjoy a Family Horseback Ride through the National Forest - All year! Ride through creeks, streams, meadows, along the lake and through the beautiful Apache Sitgreaves Forest (and to the Ice Caves)! 3 miles away!

Sunrise Park Ski Resort about 45 minutes from cabin! Fun all year!

Winter: Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice skating, sledding/tubing, cross country skiing or take a romantic sleigh ride!

Ride the ski lift for a scenic ride and see breathtaking views (nearly 2 miles above sea level) to the top of Sunrise Mountain and have lunch at the Eagles Nest Café and ride the chair back down to the base area or hike down the trails!

Summer Tubing Hill: 300 ft. Slip and Slide without the water!

Don’t forget to check out the Farmers Market & Art Walk in Show Low, open every Saturday during the summer!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Debbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
