Our house is located in a nice family resort within a short walking distance from one of the most beatiful blue flag beaches of Antalya.The beach is sandy,long beatiful beach that is excellent for walkings and watching sunset.The sea here also gets gradually deep so this gives you a chance if you donot want to swim and want to just have time in the relaxing warm water. Antalya is a city which gets sunshine 300 days on average for a year. Mediterranean sea water is warmer than Aegean sea. All these make this region a favourable spot for sea and beach lovers in Turkey.Within a short walk you can reach shops,bars,restaurants so a car is not a must.If you want to go old town Side which is about 15 minutes by car,you can catch a minibus that runs regularly to Side .There is also taxi station available.Side is a famous historical town which many tourists visit to see the Temple of Apollo,the museum,the ruins and antique Roman amphitheatre, which still hosts performances in summer.There are also other sightseeing places like the Manavgat waterfalls, Koprulu Canyon National Park, Aspendos antique theatre which hosts opera, ballet and musical performances in summer.Near the house there is also a big shopping center and there you can find local tour agents which organise trips to sightseeings near.At the beach there is water sports centre with water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, boat tours available.The house has 2 floors with a toilet and bath on each floor, 2 bedrooms and living room and kitchen,large balconies and a garden. There is air-conditioning in living room and there are ceiling fans in bedrooms.The house gets breeze from sea and the mountains.Dishwasher,washing machine,microwave and ordinary oven, refrigerator,tv-satellite-dvd,vacuum cleaner,iron and ironing board are available.The windows have flyscreens and shutters.The water is heated by solar heating system.Not :Electric and water fee is NOT included in rental amount and belongs to hirer .Breakage deposit is €200 and paid at the arrival and if no damage has occured to the property will be paid back after consumed electric and water cost deducted on departure .Leaving the house in tidy and proper conditions as it is found is a must.If not extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit fee.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
