Location:

The Watermark Sunset condo is beautifully located in the heart of Sidney by the Sea. It is a short four blocks from the Sidney waterfront and is in easy walking distance to all of Sidney's fantastic spas, restaurants, shops, grocery stores and outdoor activities (beaches, whale watching, diving, kayaking). The west facing deck 'sanctuary' is fully furnished with barbque to enjoy all months of the year with breathtaking sunsets. It is 5 minutes from the Airport YVR and BC ferries. The Ancortes ferry is 3 blocks away.

With comfortable contemporary furnishings and hardwood floors, enjoy full cable, high speed wireless, local phone calls, A/C in the summer and heated bathroom floors in the winter. There is a nicely equipped laundry room with ironing and a pantry. The full kitchen boasts new high end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, high speed blender, professional cookware and basic cooking condiments for your convenience. The condo is cleaned and linens are changed for long term renters every 2 weeks as a complimentary service.

Why should you stay?

This 1 bedroom sleeps up to 4 with a new comfortable organic queen bed and queen sofa bed in the living room. It is suitable for a professional single or couple, romantic getaway, family getaway, and for people who want to be close to transportation off the island or into Victoria. A crib with bedding highchair and stroller (on request) are available for an infant or toddler. Parking is available for 1 vehicle as well as 2 bicycles with helmets for use and beach gear. Life here can't get any better!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Karl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
