Description

This magnificent holiday home with a large swimming pool is located in the rural area of ​​the Costa Brava. In its green environment you can enjoy forests and mountains. In the house, up to 15 people can be comfortably installed. We offer customer service and technical 24 hours a day. The house has three floors and has 2 triple bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms (2 of them are suites), 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people and 1 single bedroom. There are 4 bathrooms and a toilet. It has 2 equipped kitchens, one of them very large, with office and exit to the porch and the other is an auxiliary kitchen, but well equipped, with a small dining room and access to the pool. It also has 1 comfortable living room with audio / video equipment, 1 work office, 1 gym (with table football), a large porch (50 m2) and a terrace on the top floor (22 m2). The house has air conditioning in the living room of the first and the second floor (open space) and has 5 televisions: 1 in the living room (satellite TV), 1 in one of the suites, 1 in the studio and 1 in each one of the triple bedrooms. There is also a CD and DVD player available. All windows that can be opened have mosquito nets. Free Internet connection. It has private parking. The pool, 9 mx 4m, is salt water, without chlorine. There is also a large pond of 10 mx 4m, with turtles and fish, surrounded by willows, with a couple of benches to read or relax while listening to the sound of water falling between the stones. The joint pool and pond area is fenced to improve safety, especially with young children and pets in mind. Plot of 1900 m2 with different types of trees. Among these trees you can enjoy a nice "siesta" in two hanging hammocks. There is a barbecue available and a spacious area, with sun loungers, for sunbathing. If you want you can play ping pong. We have various toys for children. In the garden there are also some bicycles (also for adults) as well as tricycles, scooters, skates, a swing and a sandpit. The holiday home is located in an urbanization with a supermarket and community sports facilities. From the house you can see magnificent views, with the peaks of the Montseny Natural Park in the background (20 km), and you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. The beaches and coves are approximately 20 km away, in the towns of Lloret de Mar and Blanes. The beaches of San Feliu de Guixols, Playa de Aro, Tossa de Mar, etc. are also nearby. There is free highway to the coast. The city of Barcelona is 80 km away and the city of Girona is 18 km away. The house is very well connected: Airport at 15 minutes, train station at 10 minutes, with fast connection to Girona and Barcelona. High Speed ​​Train (AVE) to 15 minutes, with connection Paris, Barcelona and Madrid. AP7 motorway at 10 minutes, and various roads to the coast. For the main roads and highways, from France and Barcelona, ​​you can comfortably reach by car in about 40 minutes. From the chalet it takes about 20 minutes to reach the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. Getting around

To move around the area, you can use the car or the train. The nearest train station is in Sils, 4 km from the villa. From there you can easily travel to Barcelona, ​​the city of Girona or Figueres (where is the famous Picasso Museum). Access to the AP-7 motorway is 10 minutes and will also quickly take you to the most beautiful destinations on the Costa Brava and Barcelona (45 minutes).
