This premium location gives you the best of both worlds. Direct ski in/ski out access from the backdoor and only 3 minutes walk along the trail to the village. Free parking, free wi-fi and free cable.

2nd Bedroom - extra large with one queen bed (2) and one double bed (2) on the upper loft. In the upper loft there is also a large closet that has been transformed into a kids play room - great for playing! (sleeps 2 children on the floor if using closet space)

This home boasts an open design with vaulted cedar ceilings in the great room area. Open concept with dining area and kitchen. - brand new fridge. There is a deck off the kitchen with a brand new BBQ. The private hot tub is located on the large deck in the front of the home. On the lower level there is a third deck so lots of light and views.
The great room features a gas fireplace. Above the great room in the loft area is a brand new pull out couch and a flat screen T.V. The lower level has another gas fireplace 3 couches (including two pull out couches) & an armchair. There are three living areas for your family or group to spread out.
There is a double garage that is great for storage - especially in the summer for bikes and summer toys. There is a heated wax room with the home. Additionally, you have your own washer/dryer, making this a very comfortable home away from home.
Bonus feature: The hot tub is operational all year round at no additional cost.
We welcome pets!!! $30.00 per night/per pet plus tax.

“WOW - we stayed here for only a few nights with the family and it was absolutely great. Because we were sight seeing and not staying each day on the mountain I was dubious about being 30 minutes out of town (we are from the UK and 30 minutes’ drive is a distance for us) but it was GREAT. The drive up and down the mountain each day was breathtaking every time as the views are incredible. The house itself is magnificent. We had a 18 month old and 4 year old and the kids room was brilliant. There were toys (not expected but great addition) and so much spice for everyone. My parents stayed on the bottom floor which has it’s own living room area and so when we got up with the kids they were not really disturbed. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a shame we could did not utilise the BBQ and decking (time permitting). "Great set-up. Stayed for a month during January 2018. Allowed us all the fantastic combination of community living and privacy. The group of us that stayed there could find that elusive private space so no-one felt they were on top of each other. Facilities were perfect - and the hot tub welcome !!! The ability to ski-in/ski-out was an absolute blessing, especially for the early starts. As a bonus the Village was little more than 5 minutes walk away along the skiway. - How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.
If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
