Description

Queen of the Knoll offers one of the best locations for a true family ski in /ski out holiday. The unit opens right at the top of the Silver Queen chair. Step outside to start skiing down the beginner hill or across to the village and comet chair.

You’re also steps to Tube Town and the Skating Rink. Short walk to the village down Monashee Rd or along the skiway. Also easy access to Nordic and snowshoe trails. Great for a single family or multiple couple/family occupancy as there’s an ensuite in every bedroom and a fourth bathroom with shower on the main floor.

Beautiful gas fireplace with floor to ceiling rock accents. Hardware floor throughout with area rugs.

Very rare, flat driveway to the single garage. Additional room for 4 other vehicles in the driveway. 24/7 overflow parking in available in the upper village parking lot.

Large entry way for indoor gear/boot storage as well as an exterior locking ski storage area.

This home is connected to an owner occupied suite that also has a garage for their use.

We welcome pets!!! $30.00 per night/per pet plus tax. Maximum 2 pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
