This 3 bedroom, 3 bath beachside duplex located on a gorgeous stretch of white sandy beach famous for shelling and safe swimming, just steps away. A short pleasurable walk brings you to the bonefish flats for exciting tag and release fishing. Relax on the beach or go into town. The historic town of New Plymouth is less than 5 minutes away by rental golf cart. Osprey's Nest duplex consists of a 1 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow & a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage on the water’s edge of Gillam Bay, Bahamas. Osprey's Nest I is a cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. It has been softly decorated to be a comfortable relaxing vacation spot. There is one bedroom / one bathroom and the bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The open living/dining/kitchen area offers a great view of the water. There is a full kitchen with apartment size gas stove and refrigerator. Also, microwave, toaster and coffee maker available. Amenities include A/C throughout, shared phone for local calls, cable TV in living room, outside deck with table & chairs, shared gas barbecue grill. Linens and bath towels are provided. Osprey's Nest II is the 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It has been redecorated with an island flair. There are two master bedroom suites (one private bathroom for each bedroom) both with queen beds. The open living and dining area offers a great view of the water. There is a full kitchen with electric stove and full sized refrigerator. Also, microwave, toaster and coffee maker available. Amenities include A/C throughout, shared phone for local calls, satellite TV in living room, outside deck & chairs, gas barbecue grill. Linens and bath towels are provided.

Green Turtle Cay is quiet and unassuming, but there is plenty of fun to be had! The Bluff House, Green Turtle Club and Leeward Yacht Club often have live entertainment. Pineapples Bar & Grill has live entertainment on most Fridays in the season as well. Sundowner's Bar & Grill is the "local hang-out" for drinks by the sea and local flavor. Don't miss Junkanoo every New Year's Day! The traditional Bahamian parade is filled with colorful costumes and the rhythm of the islands. Green Turtle Cay is one of the few islands in the Bahamas with their own Junkanoo band, The Little Island Slammers. Come and "rush" with us this year! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
