Description

You can feel nature just 120 km from Toronto.

There are 2 cottages, 3 cabins, and wood waterfront sauna on 100 acres property with 25 acres private trout lake. It's very quiet location. The cottage is perfect for a family or group of 7 - 9 people looking for relax. There are 3 bedrooms and an additional summer bedroom in the cottage.

We also offer 2 waterfront cabins for 4 people each cabin, one cabin for 6 people and a trailer for 2 people for an additional cost.

A lot of summer activities: fishing, swimming, canoes, pontoon, kayak, jogging, darts, basketball ring, table tennis, chess (inc. In the price). Also close to golf, horse farms and Grey Highland falls and caves.

Winter activities:

Blue Mountain ski resort is about 25 km from the cottage. Devils Glen country club is just 8 km from our place.

A short 7 km drive way to Dogsled Rob Roy. Highlands Nordic cross country skiing is just 8 km from this place.

You can enjoy wood waterfront sauna for an additional cost. It"s $80 for 4 hours (max 4 people). Extra cost for an additional people is $10 per person.

There are:

- large outdoor waterfront deck with propane BBQ;

- magnificent large living room with wooden fireplace;

- kitchen fully equipped with all appliances;

- fire pit;

- charcoal BBQ.

It's a cozy cottage with charm and character.

The refundable security deposit $500. There is an extra charge for all extra people.In water activities you should wear life jackets.All fires must be continually supervised.Smoking in the cottage is prohibited(penalty $150).We ask that all children be properly supervised at all times.Guests should bring towels/linens, charcoal/wood for BBQ, flashlights. We provide pillows and blankets.All garbage have to be collected.Please do not put anything in the toilets.There are rubbish bins provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Oleg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
