Description

My house is NOT in the city of Cagliari nor in the town of Sinnai, it is in the countryside about 30 minutes from the centre of Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, and about 45 minutes from the airport. It is about 6km from the town of Sinnai which has shops, bars and restaurants. There is no public transport into the village and so it is necessary to HIRE a car.

Guests will have sole use of the entire house .

There are two double bedrooms, it is possible to have one of the bedrooms with two single beds instead of a double bed, both have ceiling fans, wardrobe and mirrors.

The living room/kitchen area has the usual utilities including a TV and dvd player and there are many

dvds, in English.

There is one bathroom and a kitchen also an outside bbq area which guests can use.

The garden is big, about 2000 sq metres and has lots of trees including lemon, orange and fig. It is sectioned into different areas, one in which there is a chicken coop, fresh eggs everyday! A small above ground pool is in the garden during summer, which is great when you feel the need to cool off.

I teach English as a second language and I can provide lessons/courses if you want to learn or improve your English while on vacation. If you are interested please ask about prices.

Car hire is necessary as there is no public transport into the village.

I will usually be staying nearby or on the property. The garden is 2000 square meters and has different areas one in which there is a small cob house, where my son lives. He also has a workshop on the property.There is also an area for a tent. I will be available most days to help with any enquiry that guests may have.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Yvonne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
