Description

The house has 1 bedroom properly equipped, with a double bed. The dining room has a double sofa – bed and it’s shared with the kitchen. Toilet with shower. Kitchen is fully equipped matching to your requirements, and there’s also a BBQ area available where you can prepare/order your meals. And there is a Living room where you can watch some TV cable, surf on the Internet Wireless access or readily quiet a book. Outside the house you have a large terrace, specially prepared for your breakfast by the morning or to take a drink with a sunbathing. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

For your daily requirements you have a small town village (Almoçageme) 1km away from Villas, where you can buy fruit and vegetables, fish and seafood, meat and other facilities (pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, etc) that you may need during your stay;

Beyond Almoçageme, you have others villages (Praia das Maçãs, Mucifal, Colares) 5min away (by car) with the same facilities. In Praia das Maçãs you will find the best seafood restaurants in the area and also some bars-pubs and discos.

Local beaches: numerous beaches you can find in Sintra and Cascais; Beach - Praia Grande (1km away; famous for its dinosaur’s footprints or world championship of body-board surf); Beach - Praia da Adraga (2min by car; considered the 3rd most beautiful beach in Europe, 2003; “The Sunday Times”); Beach - Praia das Maçãs (ideal for family) or Azenhas do Mar (with a natural salt water pool), among others places;

Sport Activities (5 to 10 min from Villas) like: Surf, Tennis, Golf, Wind surf, Football.

Sintra-historical centre (15min from Villas): where you can take a horse-drawn car for a visit by its places like Palaces, Castle, Beautiful gardens;

Cascais - Estoril (20min from Villas): fashionable, rich in sights and attractions; brand new marina; casino; historical forts, churces and small palaces;

Lisbon (30min from Villas): a great day-night city, perfect for a visit for museums, hear fado singing, theatres, zoo, oceannarium, disco, Bars-pubs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
