Description

The apartment is on the ground floor and is fully furnished with beautiful furniture. There are two good size bedrooms, spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is a balcony and a swimming pool outside.

There are two good size bedrooms, each furnished with a beautifully carved hardwood double bed, comfortable mattress, bedside cabinet, wardrobe/clothes hanger, and mirrors. There is a security wardrobe to keep your valuables safe and secure during your stay.

The living room is very spacious and ideal for spending relaxing time with your travel companions. It has a lovely 3-piece suites and long settee, and it has a nice view of the garden and swimming pool.

The kitchen has a gas cooker and is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware. There is a dining space.

The bathroom has a toilet, taps, and shower (hot water available). There is a separate second toilet and an automatic top loading washing machine.

There is a ceiling fan in each room which guarantees comfortable stay even in the hot summer.

There is a swimming pool outside the doorstep, which is cleaned and maintained by a professional on a daily basis.

Cheaper rates will be considered for those wishing to have longer term lets or who wish to stay in the Monsoon season.

Getting around

The apartment is only a short taxi ride away from the beautiful unspoiled Morjim Beach where sea turtles still come to breed and where you can sun bath and swim all day, if that is what you wish. If you want a more lively scene, the tourist resorts of Anguna, Apora, Baga and Calenguete are in easy striking distance, only a taxi ride or a cheap bus ride away too while the laid back hippy hangout of Arambol is a short distance away along the North Coast. But Siolim has a more genuinely Goan feel than these places.

How do damage deposits work?

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
