Promotion: - 30% for the rental from 9 to 16 September 2019 (6 to 8 nights) - 35% for the rental in October - 50% for the low season and long term rental. Long term rental more than 63 nights, contact me. Travelers pay a deposit of 20% to book and the remaining balance 40 days before arrival. The total of the payment includes the price of rent + expenses of services + 100 euros of guarantee which is refunded to you after the trip. Nice small apartment in a secured residence with lift, located at the seaside (feet in the water), with a large garden and swimming pool. clean, cheerful and comfortable having the necessary equipment for a good holiday (Air conditioning in summer, comfortable and modern furniture ..) An outside door allows access to the garden and swimming pool. the interior includes a kitchen integrated into the living room and equipped with fridge, hob and extractor, microwave, a fitted bathroom and an alcove with a 1.40 m bed separated from the living room. a sofa bed in the living room (1.35 m bed). Towels, sheets and blankets provided; iron. TV: cable with local channels Equipped area reserved for outdoor sports. The apartment is located on one of the marvelous beaches of Costa Del Sol, exactly between MARBELLA and FUENGIROLA. Transport; train from MALAGA airport and a bus (N ° 220) to get there. The residence is 200 meters from the A-7 motorway. Transport price: train 3 euros Airport / Fuengirola Journey for the apartment: 2 euros Bus (N ° 220) either FUENGIROLA / CALAHONDA, or MARBELLA / CALAHONDA From MALAGA airport to the apartment 52 euros. There are close to (5 minutes walk) all amenities: three supermarkets (Lidl, Mercadona and Supersol), taxi, bus station, medical center and pharmacy, resorts and luxury restaurants. The coastal path promotes hiking to discover this beautiful coast: watching the fauna and flora, and see the dolphins at sea Not to mention a golf course, equestrian, a tennis court and a recreation area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If NAJIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
