Welcome to our luxurious apartment with breathtaking sea view in Cascadas de Calahonda (Marbella).

Are you looking for a luxurious modern apartment with an amazing view over the Mediterranean Sea and enjoying every morning the beautiful sunrise in between Marbella and Malaga?

Enjoy every day the sunrise over the Mediterranean sea from your balcony! Our luxurious apartment is located in upper Calahonda, between Malaga and Marbella. This assures you an amazing view over Calahonda and the sea.

This is our private apartment and we will personally welcome you at the apartment with welcome drinks. We are available for you during your stay for any assistance and are fully licensed.

The master bedrooms and the living room have sea view! The second smaller bedroom has views on the garden.

Aside the 2 bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms. One with a bath and the other with a spacious shower. Both have rain showers. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the two other bedrooms have large (90x200) single beds which we can connect as a double bed. All beds are new boxsprings. Clearly we supply you with linnen and towels. Also we provide complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooking plate, dishwasher and multifunctional oven. Also there is a washing machine with a built-in dryer. There is a Nespresso machine, a juicer, toaster and water kettle available. Also we provide the basic herbs and olive oil, cleaning products, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, etc. Furthermore there is a hairdryer, iron & board available for you.

The bright living room has a nice sofa. Aside the dining set for 4, there is HD Television with 195 channels including the main channels in the UK, France and Germany (also complementary Netflix is available for you) and a sound docking station.

There is fiber (high speed) Wifi connection throughout the house and balcony.

All rooms are equipped with a central air conditioning and heating system.

Outside there is a great balcony, equipped with 2 sun loungers, a lounge set and dinning set.

The secured community offer an amazing tropical garden, as well as 2 large pools. There are restrooms and showers at the pool as well. In the garage you will have access to a parking spot where the elevator brings you up to the apartment.

Calahonda is one of the view cities within the Costa del Sol which has a 24 hours security monitoring all entrance roads. Aside that the community is gated, so you can expect a very secure stay.

We highly recommend renting a car! We do allow (small) pets for free under the condition that you leave the apartment "hair free". In case extra cleaning is needed, we will charge € 40 extra cleaning costs.

We are flexible with the checkin and checkout time, except in case we have a same day checkin- and out. In that case the guaranteed checkin time is 16:00/ 4PM and the latest checkout time is 11:00/ 11 AM. Before your arrival we will be in contact with you about the checkin arrangements.

In case this apartment is not available I recommend you to check my profile, since we own similar apartments nearby.

Also we have a baby crib and high chair available for € 20 per stay as well as beach towels € 5 per person per stay. These will be complementary for bookings over € 1.000.

The location of the apartment is at upper Calahonda, which is close to the AP-7 (the toll road), which in summer time is an ideal way to avoid the busy main road. It is highly recommended to rent a car. In upper Calahonda you will find 3 restaurants and a bar on walking distance. The nearest beaches and grocery stores are on just a 5 minutes drive, Malaga Airport 25 minutes and Marbella 20 minutes.

House rules

Fortunately for 99% of our guests house rules are not necessary, since they take very good care of the apartment. Though the house rules are that you take care of our apartment as if it yours. Keep the noise down after 22:00/10PM especially outside and respect the neighbours at all time. No music outside and no smoking inside. You leave the microwave and oven the way you found it. Also we expect that you remove all your trash during your checkout.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
